ESLA CUSTOMER GUIDE

How to Compute Appliance Installments

Use the lender's actual offer shown at checkout or during application. The examples below explain the arithmetic so customers can understand an estimated monthly obligation before committing.

HOME CREDIT

Basic estimate

If the lender provides a total repayment amount, a simple estimate is:

Estimated monthly paymentTotal amount payable ÷ Number of monthly payments

Example: if the final approved total payable is ₱36,000 over 12 months, the simple monthly estimate is ₱3,000. Actual Home Credit offers can include interest, fees, down payment, and other terms, so use the exact schedule supplied by Home Credit.

BILLEASE

Basic estimate

If the approved BillEase schedule states a total repayment amount:

Estimated monthly paymentTotal amount payable ÷ Number of monthly payments

Example: if the final approved total payable is ₱24,000 over 6 payments, the simple monthly estimate is ₱4,000. Actual BillEase terms may include fees or other charges; always follow the approved repayment schedule shown by BillEase.

IMPORTANT

Use the approved terms, not a guess

Interest rates, service fees, down payments, repayment periods, eligibility, and approval amounts can vary by customer and promotion. ESLA does not determine lender approval. Before accepting an installment plan, review the lender's final disclosure showing the amount financed, fees, total amount payable, payment dates, and number of payments.
